I would.
Personally I'm not a fan of the 88. The dial is a bit too busy for me. ( the seconds dial is in a contrasting colour)
But, the 88 is a very popular watch among other Paneristi.
If you need the GMT function, take a look at the 98.

I'm not a Royal Oak fan, but IMO the PAM88 is one of my favorite Panerais and how can you go wrong with an SS Sub date?

Personally, I'm partial to sub's, just purchased the SS SUB DATE, next one's the TT Blue sub. had one several years ago and sold it. Still regret it however it was at a time that I had to hire an attorney for my stepdaughter. You know how it goes family first. Just glad to have picked up the latest!

Hi and welcome to TRF. Sorry, don't know much about the Pam, but how can anyone ever go wrong with this baby on their wrist?

I would. Personaly I'm not a fan of the RO. The 88 and the Sub Date on the other hand are great watches.
