The bracelet is non-original Rolex (not so good).
The dial is highly modified (not so good).
The bezel is aftermarket (not so good).

Well if you wife loves it, that's the most important thing about the whole deal. You might encounter some problems if you have to take it to Rolex for servicing, because of the non-original items mentioned above.

Rolex may insist that these be changed to original Rolex hardware.

Otherwise you will have to go to a watchmaker who doesn't mind to work on your wife's modified watch.

As for the price, its hard to say given the aftermarket and modified parts. A genuine bracelet would be fairly expensive.

Are you trying to say you don't know if you have a gen watch or not?

Send it to me for evaluation. It may take twenty years or so of wearing it but eventually I will give you a definitive answer.

Its difficult to value a watch so highly modified (and not by Rolex).

If your wife likes it that's all that matters. Enjoy.
