This is really bad. I don't recall getting this much snow . . . ever. It's taller than my dog and will catch up to the top of my car soon.

Kurt, Looking at your pictures, I am so glad I'm out of the area. I just hope you don't have to drive into the city.
Driving into the city with all that snow is the ultimate nightmare! Nothing like driving a Towncar down a one of those narrow streets, stuck in the tire grooves and missing cars by a .25 inch! |

We are getting wacked out here in Blue Bell. A few small to medium sized branches split off a tree in front of my house. I guess I'll be getting the chain saw out this weekend. The plow guy should be out first thing tomorrow morning. Yeah!

Have they closed down the city like they did with the 30" something snowfall in the 1990s?

Kurt, hey neighbor. You are sandwiched in between Walt and myself, although closer to Walt :) I am in Blue Bell.
Ah, I woke up at 4:30am by the sound of a snow plow and snow blower. Yeah!!! The guys did a great job considering how much snow we got. The snow is piled up so high around my house. And there is a huge pile of snow at the back of my driveway from the plow. This weekends project will be getting out the chainsaw to chop up those split branches up. One is blocking the walkway to my front door. Luckily we don't use the front door that often.
