The Poor Daytona

Been on the wrist since purchase - I REALLY dig this watch. I believe the Daytona is getting a might jealous...

Hi Kyle,
What else would I be wearing? Photo, courtesy of my brother, whose birthday we celebrated last night:

Sorry about the glare, but it does show the RolexRolexRolex thing pretty well. He took a couple of other pics for me, which I will probably post later.
Something else that will be of interest to you. My brother found this in an old trunk of my parents'. I actually remember my dad wearing this Omega, it must have been in the 50's and 60's. I love the style of this watch. Obviously, not original bracelet. However, only says "Omega Automatic" on the, and the back was enscribed "non-magnetic, waterproof, automatic". I wish I had taken the watch with me to try and find a serial no. or something.

Anyway, that's all for this Sunday.

Cheers,
Carl

Hey Carl, that's a really great find. It looks to be in good condition, but like you said I don't think the bracelet is original, and I'm not sure, but it might be redialed. But great find, post up some more pictures!

Daytona Clear Caseback

Pav I love the look of the custom caseback on the daytona. I have been thinking of doing that myself.

Why don't you use the Jubilee with hidden endlinks and clasp?

I'm pretty sure that watch have the same movement like Kyle's Explorer.

Thats why we never get some movement pics from him.
