Is $5K a good price for an '06 16613 Submariner?

My wife's ex husband has one for sale. He is a good guy and we were talking watches the other day. He has all box and papers and its an 2006 serial he said. It looked like it had the solid end links too.

Is this a jump on it price? I think it is, but I need confirmation from you guys.

Not bad if its in good shape. You could prob get em down to $4500 and that would be a sweet deal imo

Probably not a "jump on it" price, but it's a good price.

No. That's worth 4K if all is good. He's trying to do to you what he used to do to your wife.

No way. It's worth more than $4k. This isn't a SS 16610, it's TT. A 16610 is worth $4k and I'd say $4.5k is a very fair price for a 16613.

God, I thought I had the flip bug...you have me beat by a mile.

You've had that Fat Lady for what - 6 days???

I just fear that you will regret flipping that nice GMT. You got a hell of a deal on it.
