Faded Pepsi

I got my 68' 1675 back today from service at my AD. Here's the first wrist shot of my faded pepsi on a faded pepsi.

Cheers

Martin

Stunning! Did the RSC, through your AD, give you a hard time about keeping any of the original parts, like the dial, hands, faded bezel insert? I assume you told them to touch nothing but the movement.

Very nice indeed.
I've got a modern version. The strap is a perfect match.

Hi Martin,

Your GMT looks great! I wish my insert was faded like yours, but instead mine's faded like this (too much fade for me!) -

Hey Dan!

Looks awesome one the GMT II as well. It took me a while to get the strap faded.

Thanks

Martin

Nothing was touched, only the movement serviced. My AD has a Rolex trained watchmaker and does in-house revisions without switching dial, hands (or inlay if its a watch with a tritium pearl) if it's requested. watch runs +1 sec/day now and has a one year Rolex warranty.

Thanks for your comments
