New Sub Pricing in Hong Kong

I was at my AD today and they've received the pricing for the new Sub. Unless there are further revisions, the price will be HKD$57,200 so approximately $7380 USD.

Just as a reference the 11610 is at MSRP HKD$44,200 ($5700 USD) and the GMTII-C is HKD$51,800 ($6680 USD).

Cheers,

Eric

The above prices are all MSRP. But I doubt there will be any discount when the new Sub is first released, especially in Hong Kong.

Sounds pretty good I must say (as long as they stay with the normal 8% discount on this one as well)

Cheers,
Joe

It is also A LOT more than a Milgauss GV, so I would like to see what they are going to do with the pricing for the existing line up.

That's compared to my first LV and I bought my first LV at list price.

Absolutely no discounts in HK - especially when they hear you live in the UK.

Aaah, SS in the UK is rare. My buddy from UK once told me you can hardly see any SS Sport Rolexes on display in the UK. Wonder if it's still the same now?

Yeah, but I find that a bit strange I must say. 8% is almost a norm at the big AD's in HK. At least I've been offered that on every Rolex and Tudor I've looked at when I've been down in HK.

Cheers,
Joe

Im pretty sure that the 8% HK normal discount will not be offered by ADs when it hit the shelves
Then grey dealers would go gaga and price would probably rise thru thr roof

I hope to be able to get both the regular and LV version at list in HK. If not, then I might look to buy else where.

I've heard the first batch is available within the next 4 weeks. Anybody knows if that's true?

Agree, we will probably see NO discount in Hong Kong on the new SS Sub until at least 6 months into them hitting AD's and in the meantime I think current SS sub prices will remain the same if not tumble down to at least 12%off RRP. 8%is the min today......let's see

It always happens that demand always exceeds supply for the new Basel pieces. I would be quite surprised if AD's or any dealers will give clients a discount for the first batch of the new stuff.

There was a 5% discount on a GMT IIc from AD's in Hong Kong, although none had stock. While grey dealer said no discount at $51,800. Not surprised if no discount on new styles.
