How you guys feel about these two watches?

Which one will you pick?
2585-1418-53BDA - Perpetual Calendar Chronograph, moonphase, and leap year indicator. 38mm, 18kt yellow gold case with an automatic winding movement. Or
2041-1542M-53B - GMT Alarm Watch - 40mm, 18kt white gold case with an automatic winding movement.
