does this sound like fair business practice?

to list a watch with a clearly refinished dial yet nowhere in the auction is it stated that the dial has been refinished..
did I miss it somewhere?
seems to me that they are purposely leaving that fact out in the hopes that some unsuspecting buyer will not know any better(in fact it says"original dial and hands) and pay full price that you would pay for one that has an original dial..did I miss anything?
very poor practice if you ask me..especially coming from someone I had heard positive things about in the past..

Steve, that's a T < 25 dial, I suspect that the entire thing is a fugazi..Unreal the people out there trying to screw the common man.

I can understand that drastic times need drastic measures. My ancestors went through WW2 drastic measures and some never came back from german work camps but they never resorted to ripping off people just to compensate things . Do not abuse your freedom in any way .

oh boy..after seeing these new pics its painfully obvious that the entire watch is a bad fake..I am shocked and disgusted by the lack of action by the duggan group..surely they know by now that this monstrocity is a fake, yet there it is..still being sold!
perhaps some brand new user user somewhere will bid on it..and then he most likely will not pay..
let us pray that evil shall not prevail!
