Rolex Case Sizes

Looking to buy another Rolex... I do love the big case sizes... however, as a lady with a very small wrist the sport model Rolex just doesn't fit right.

I tried the WC Mark XVI (39mm case) that was way to big... from lug to lug... it was bigger than my wrist...

So my question is... I would like something between 36mm -38mm case size without a date if possible... what model Rolex should I be looking for?

I perfer a vintage model as the band and clip fit better...

All suggestions welcome... please add picture... sellers chip in too...thanks

An Oyster Perpetual and an Explorer 1 would be 36mm. Or maybe a Mid size YM. that would be 35mm and would have the date cyclops.

Of the vintages, I would say a 5500 Air King would look nice. That would be 34mm.

Good luck!

The new Explorer will be 39mm, but I'm not sure if there are any 38s out there. Maybe the men's pearlmaster? But that would have a date.

Are you all talking about case length or watch diameter????? Most Rolex sport watches....sub, gmt, ex2, etc have a 48mm case length, lug to lug.....which is ok on wrists 6" & above.....on smaller wrists watch make rock & roll around.
The expl., airkings, opnd's & dj's are 42mm case length, lug to lug, probably better for wrists under 5".

Maybe you could buy a sports model and then wear it on a Nato or leather strap!!!

I know this may be against the grain but perhaps you can experiment with Datejusts, DDs, Subs or Daytonas cos there is a trend for woman wearing guys watches with a little looseness of play as in a bracelete and boy do the look good!
