I got that Seiko as a gift from my parents in 1984 when I started high school. they said I needed a good watch and it has been all over in the last 25+ years. Its been Back to Seiko twice for cleaning and servicing, And it only gets worn on special occasions these days.

Jeff, I got my first Seiko from my dad when I graduated from high school in '84. At the time, it was a top notch watch. I think it cost around $150 dollars, a lot of money at the time. I wish I still had mine. Nice collection you have.

Yeah it does look big in that pic, must be the difference in where they are placed. I eep thinking I want to sell the EXP, then I'll wear it and change my mind because it is a cool watch.
Thanks for all the positive responses

Very cool 1655!
How long have you had it?

Now you just need a dress watch on a leather strap.

I've had the 1655 about 10 years, I just had it overhauled by RSC New York.

I dont know about the dress watch, after being on this forum I'm thinking I may have to do a PAM but time will tell (no pun intended)
