Since when does Rolex started with inner bezel writing??
Would like to know since when Rolex's have the Engraving on the inner / side of the Dial?

They started with the F serial on few models that was 2005 and now all the models have it.

Hi yes it was 2006 because i bought my pink gold day date on the 24th 12th 2006 but it was a D serial number made from april 2005 to 2006, so mine did not have the writeing which i like better, the F serial number is from sept 2003 to march 2005, my deep sea V serial has the writeing but it is hardly noticeble, i hope this helps.

Most things about Rolex can be found in-forum like the Rolex reference library but it was around 2004 Serial F/D on some models the Rolex Rolex Rolex started on the Rehaut ring.

Not sure about classy IMHO just once is quite sufficient on the dial, thats the only reminder I want to know I have a Rolex on my wrist.

Have to say I think it is terrible, reminds me of something a replica company would do to convince one that "yes..look at me it's really a Rolex you know!"
The dial has a crown with the word ROLEX underneath, should be sufficient... |
