I have a Sub LV coming in not too long, and I wont probably go ahead and remove the cyclops straight away, but would be very curious to see what it would look like. I can't seem to have noticed many pics of the LV where it has been removed.
Anyone out there that would like to share a pic?

Hi, not too many crazy guys here who would buy a new Merc and then rip off the 3-pointed star on the front!!

Get a replacement crystal, remove the cyclops and keep the original crystal untouched - you can always change back if you don't like it. But I suspect you will love it!

I definitely agree JJ, but would be cool to see. Always sparks a bit of discussion when talking about removing it, so not intended, just curious.

The cyclops does detract from the dial in some ways, but it is something that over the years I've grown to tolerate and as years go by and my eyesight recedes the cyclops is actually becoming useful.
