How I spent my saturday in HK....

Hi guys....

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I want to share my saturday afternoon in HK with you all....

As some of you know I have been wanting to add a Gold Rolex to my collection for some time now. I have been going back and forth between the GMT and Daytona and could not decide on what to get.

My good friend Inspires (Eric) and I have been visiting quite a few AD's during the past couple of weeks and trying on the different watches.... but everytime we would go into an AD they would have one watch and not the other so it was had to compare the two side by side to make the right decision...

So yesterday Eric took me to an AD that happen to have both the GMT and Daytona and we tried them on...

Up to this point I was sure what my decision would be... The GMT I thought was a logical choice for me since I am a pilot...

Once I compared the two watches side by side it was game over.... I knew which one I was going to wear...

So here it is....

I can't even begin to tell you how awesome it feels on my wrist... I just love the YG... it looks so different under different lighting conditions... The weight feels solid... and I just love the dial...

And to end the great day with some HK style Hot Pot....

Thank you all for looking.....

Congratulations! In my opinion, you just acquired THE most beautiful modern Daytona. So much nicer than the 18K GMT-IIC, aesthetically speaking.

Best,

Adam

Big congrats to your latest pickup. I tried one on at an AD a few months back and was very impressed. So close to pulling the trigger but impending wedding and bigger lust for the new subs stopped me :(
