To Pepsi or not to Pepsi
People,
Despite the fact that I'm a proud owner of a DJ SS, a SS Daytona and a LV I just got in love with the GMT II Pepsi and even asked DavidSW to find me one BNIB. I know that a M-Series BNIB Pepsi GMT II is not easy to find, so question is: if he manage to find a Coke do you think I should get it? Or should I wait for a Pepsi? Cheers Walter |

Wait it out if your looking for BNIB.
You can always find a coke, and solid black to switch out, but the papers will be correct. |

IMO,
Get a BNIB Coke, Pepsi or Black. These are getting harder to find...then, as Dan says, have it all!!! |

hold out for what you want, I would get the coke even though I like the pepsi a little better. the 2 tone just makes it unique whichever color combo

Why keep yourself from getting a GMT just because it's the wrong 'flavor'? Get a spare Pepsi and swap the insert. If originality matters that much, then keep the coke insert for when you flip it.

"The Rolex with a thousand faces"
I like that Dan. You should be an Executive VP in Rolex's advertising and marketing department. Seriously, how many variations are there for a GMT. There are two bracelet alternatives (Jubilee and Oyster) for each bezel so that's 6 options. If we say the Super Jubilee is another option that brings the total to 9 options. Adding a leather strap, 12 options and a Nato 15 options. The most versatile watch ever.
