Alan Furman is a great dealer
Mr. Furman's folks are very professional and knowledgable. I bought a 'never worn' Ulysee Nardin Black Ocean from him last week and it was a flawless transaction/flawless watch--the band needs to be cut/sized, which they ,of course do on the spot. Easy to find in Rockville MD (about 40 min from DC). Wasn't a traditional jeweler, you go in an office and Mr. Furman (or a staff memeber) bring you the watches/jewelery you would like to see/try on. I would definately consider Alan Furman as the have a huge amount / variety.

Good to hear, I plan to visit them next time I'm in DC.
It's not by appointment, is it?

Alan Furman is a great jewelry and watch discounter. Their business is not a traditional store with display cases. There are private rooms for you to handle available watches. TRF sellers have better prices, however. Not open on Saturdays and they close at 5PM during weekdays. No appointment necessary but smart to call ahead of your visit to make sure the watch is at the store.
