Now I can relax

I put the first scratch on the clasp of my 16610. It's like getting the first ding in a new car.
Does a fiberglass pen take out surface scatches on a brushed finish?

Type the words 'satin block' into your web browser. I bought 2 from a watch supplies company in the UK, no doubt you'll get sortedback home. Regards.

There are several products that will remove the scratch; even ScotchBrite will work in a pinch.

Be warned, though, that scratch removal can easily become an obsession!

I'd leave it alone. Rest assured, you'll see more throughout the years. Just have it polished when its time for a service.
