I was pleasantly surprised at the prices at Harrods last year. Give them a try.

London has some great pre-owned shops also, if you are interested.

The Burlington Arcade shops (near Bond Street) have a great selection of classics.

London is a great city, have a wonderful time ! My wife and I were there in April, and loved it !

Dennis is correct about Burlington Arcade. However, I need to emphasize "look" not necessarily "buy". The prices aren't for the faint of heart.
A wonderful city.

as suggested -
Harrods & Burlington Arcade.

also try -

Bond street
New Bond street
Oxford street
Selfridges (on Oxford street)

some of the major chain AD stores -

Watches of Switzerland, Gold Smith, Mappin & Webb, Rolex boutique on Bond street
Ernest Jones
Fraser Hart
DM London

etc...

you will realsied that most of the Rolex shops/Ads in london/Central London are all part of chain-stores... so there wont be much movement on the prices.

probably a good idea to call the airport AD and see if they have anything you fancy - that way you get an instant 17.5% VAT off instead of 10-12% off after taking out the admin fees and charges if bought from outside the airport.

hope this helps.

or - PM Tempoking and see if Mr. A will be in town during your trip, im sure he'd more than happy to help out

Thanks guys for the tips. It really helps me a lot especially the VAT tip. :)

Btw, what is the RRP for GTM IIc and Sub-C LV? Any idea if I'm lucky enough to find a Sub-C LV at this time? :)

Thanks again.

AD's in London are generally short on SS sport models.

I saw good prices and no VAT at the AD in Heathrow, terminal 3.

If you're in London and love watches you must check out Marcus at 170 New Bond Street. You'll see the best Frank Muller, Richard Mille and Hublot have to offer.

For the best chance in actually buying a new sports Rolex from an AD your best bet would be outside London. Recently saw a 16610LV and a Subc in an AD's window on the south coast.
