Insurance
Hey Guys,
Lloyds just asked 6-8% to insure my Rolex collection (US$ 5.000,00 minimum fee). What do u think?

I think insurance is a good idea and have it on my watches.

I just paid 1.47% with zero deductible on my GMTII Ceramic through Jeweler's Mutual.

My homeowner's insurance covers jewelry on a separate rider. $15 per thousand. Zero deductible.

I do think insurance is a good idea! But 6%-8% is really expensive.

If you're in the US around 1% of the value is pretty typical . . . not sure in other countries.
