Does anyone here have any experience with hamilton watches?

I'm looking into a X wind or a Field.

Quite a old and respected brand, they use mainly ETA or Valjoux movements for there chrongraphs, and are very good value for the money watches IMO.

They are good watches. A good value.

I personally don't like the 7750 movement. Makes for a very tall watch.

I like them. I got a Navy Diver/GMT on brown strap, you get a pretty good timepiece for the money. Transparent caseback, deployment buckle, 2nd timezone plus diver's 'ring'; not bad at all!
