rolex service

hello,how long does it usually take when you send your watch to Rolex for service?

It depends on the model, and service required.

Usually about 2 weeks. They usually don't tell you until they have received the watch. Just make sure not to send it in during holidays.

If you are mailing it in, add shipping time but you should be able to get it back within a month unless there is something really wrong with the watch.

Two to three weeks for me in the past. However , as I've stated before, I would not use RSC in NY again. Everything I've read on here and from my AD in Ohio says to use Dallas.

All mine have been about 3 1/2 weeks. I prefer Dallas or Beverly Hills.

in Singapore also about 3-4 weeks. would expect longer if the watch requires part replacement.

I can never do that I must see and wait near my watch when it is sercived, and isnt it possible to use a Rolex without going to service till forever?
