Look what you all made me do!

Sorry, all I have is a camera phone, but I figured bad pics is better than none at all!

I was going to buy one for my 30th birthday. But after trolling this site for a while (I posted a bit) and visiting my local AD once or twice a week for the last few months, I couldn't wait anymore! So, I am a new proud owner of a red/black GMT-II

I also considered the Seadweller, but I have small wrists and didn't like how high it sat off my wrist.

And I also considered a 2 tone black/gold sub, but just thought I'd be happier with an all stainless in the long run. I also thought the features of the GMT would be better suited for me since I do travel a bit but rarely dive (and never past 50 ft).

Mostly, I love the red/black bezel!

Thank you! And thanks for all the information. One thing this site really helped me decide was that I wanted to buy from a local AD and establish a good relationship because I know this won't be my last!

Honestly, I don't think there is anything anyone can do to make me want another one more! Don't get me wrong, I appreciate my watch very much, but I am thinking that I will get another one someday, while keeping this one. Basically, I planning to collect these, but I can't afford to buy more than one at once

'course, if the AD calls and tells me they have a white SS Daytona, I'll be running there!

My best friend was even more adamint than you about not buying another watch, he lasted 3 weeks, before he got hooked on a GMT-MASTER II, now 4 week later, he's interested in a TT Blue Sub. Even though he insists it's the wrong thing to do! Once the spell is cast! You have no control!
