Beautiful Men's Cartier Santos worn by woman

Sorry guys, no pictures but I just wanted to share something I noticed yesterday on my flight home from London.

It's no secret that most of us feel a men's sized watch can look stunning on a woman's wrist. As you may recall I was recently considering a Daytona for my wife, who got inspired by the many celebs she's seen in magazines wearing Daytonas. To cut a long story short, we agreed it was overkill, considering the price.

Anyway, yesterday I was on my way home from London, and next to me on the plane in the opposite aisle was a woman in her mid-thirties I'd guess, supposedly travelling with her business partner. She was casually suited in jeans and a blazer, and on her (right) wrist she was wearing a men's sized Cartier Santos 100 with a grey leather strap. I got a pretty good look at it when she adjusted the time (London is one hour behind CET) so I'm sure. I was surprised because the Santos is quite "chunky" and wouldn't be the obvious Cartier choice of most woman, but wow, it looked absolutely amazing on her.
I just checked the retail price on one, and at least compared to a Daytona it's feasable, so rest asure I'll be lobbying my wife! :-)

LOL! I know... but discretely taking a picture of her without anyone noticing wasn't really an option, sorry :-)
Maybe someone can find pictures of similar combos and post?

One of my wife's better friends wears one. She is very attractive, so is the watch. She is trendy and fashion concious (her hubby own 5 top night clubs/restaurants so they are in the "in crowd"). Overall, I think is a very nice piece but actually more so on a women as I consider Cartier as more female brand.

I got my wife a smaller Tank many years ago but she much prefers wearing my Sub.
