Rolex User Guide Applications... imperfections...
So while I'm cooling my heels waiting for a special payday* in late January to fully fund a first Rolex purchase (TT Daytona), I've been devouring the forums and just about everything else I can find.
I was delighted to find the on-line user guides here: Rolex.com On-line user guides While playing with the Cosmograph Daytona app for mac, I was surprised to learn that feature number 5 is a "Calibrated Bezel for esay reading of speed" and that feature number 7 Triplock Winding Crown provides "tripple-security". I actually looked up "tripple" thinking it was another horological term I would need to learn! I sent a note off to Rolex USA. Will post reply received if any. Sam in Music City, USA, counting down. *Yes, I could buy it without waiting, but I always want to be able to remember that 2010 was exceptional and provided this luxury. |
