I'm excited as well. Being from more towards the northern end of the state, I've never been there :) I do LOVE trying new places to eat though :)

That's a tough time for me personally. It's unfortunate, I would have loved to come! Any interest in a Foxwoods GTG in the next few weeks?

I like the Foxwoods idea. It's a large, entertaining place with many resturaunts and a Rolex AD. A GTG on a weekend at Foxwoods may attract more members who might even travel to attend.

Let's try to plan a Saturday GTG at foxwoods in the next few coming weeks. Maybe a late lunch/early dinner at Craft or Prime then hit the tables for a few hours?

Looks that way !

We should also plan a late February / early March CT meet as well. This time on a weekend (like a Sunday or something) to get more members to attend.

Sill excited about Wednesday. I think this is the first (mini lol) CT meet !

Ok, so I unfortunately had to cancel this GTG due to some family issues that suddenly came up.

SOO, Marc and I figured we'd plan this for NEXT Wednesday, Feb. 2nd. Same place, same time:

Archie Moore's
48 Sanford Street, Fairfield, CT

We are doing an early lunch @ 2PM.

Anyone else in for the trip ??

So the whole GTG was cancelled just because one person couldn't make it?

Well, it was just the two of us (Marc and myself), no-one else could make it. That's why it was rescheduled (besides my family emergency)
