Icon19 Show us your nicks, dings and scratches

With all these beautiful snaps of our beloved watches we share with each other there must be some less desirable pics of every day wear, tear and damage.

Let's see how bruised some of your watches are..

Currently on an iPod but will post some pics of a bezel insert change gone wrong a bit later

My Pam 312.
Big watches are like magnets to all kind of knocks.
It was a month old when i discovered 3 small dings. I almost cried

Here is a pic through a loop. It looks like Grand canyon to my eyes

To be honest i get used to it, but i am not happy every time that i "discover" them again

I carelessly banged it against the metal corner point of a desk drawer. Another words, I was deep sea desk diving and an office shark bit it.

nope, already tried. the nicks you see in the picture are too deep for cape cod. That will have to wait until RSC to get buffed out. You cant really see it in the picture, but the HEV hole is a little chewed up on both sides as well.

Right now all I have are normal wear and tear scratches on the clasp and minor rub marks. Before I had it serviced it had quite a few more. That's the great thing about having them serviced -- they come back looking like new.

On the 168000, keep in mind it's a 23 year old watch! Couldn't really find much more else to photograph, rest of the stuff was simply too small to capture properly on camera.

You are welcome Anders!
