I'm not saying this is a fake. I'm just curious if this isn't a big rip off?

Considering:

...has a 2 problems the watch is currently not working ,Our jeweler says its fully wound. And 2nd problem is the watch is missing the original crystal and the bezel ring that holds the crystal to the case.
