TT DateJust II 116333

Anyone with one of this? Any wrist photos to share? What do you think of it? It would look even more stunning with jubilee bracelet I reckon but strangely only 36mm have the jubilee and the closest is 116231.

I assume the gold center link is still of the hollow type that will stretch over time compared to the solid center link on the new sub-c?

I am not normally a TT person but this TT DateJust II 116333 with grey dial and green numeral has a strange attraction. I first saw it on Rolex's website as the featured watch for the DateJust II series.

Anyone seen this come up on sale on the forum before?

How much would it cost either BNIB or one in excellent condition on forum sales?

DJ II is a great watch. There are multiple pics including that dial at the following thread:

http://www.rolexforums.com/showthrea...ht=Datejust+II

There have been some for sale from trusted sellers here at TRF. A search through the For Sale section will give you some idea of the pricing.

Very nice watch the DJII. My late father in law had the 116333 with the Champagne/Diamond dial.

This was my first Rolex

My wife talked me into taking the Rolex plunge with this very watch! Bought it in Tortola in December, 2009, while we were on a winter cruise.

A.H. Riise was the dealer and I paid $7,700 USD for it, BNIB.

I've got to say, IMHO, it's still one of the most striking designs Rolex has made and I just love the watch. The 41mm fits my wrist quite nicely, although some on the Forum still think 41 is a bit too big for a DJ.

A wonderful watch and the one that's made me a true Rolex devotee!

Really a nice watch!

I don't own one but tried one on recently at my AD and was very impressed!
It DOES have solid center links btw.

I just bought the DJII SS/yellow gold/champagne/diamonds in st.Martin. Really happy with it, the 41mm dial was not as over-bearing as I thought it would be. Anyone know what the US or Canadian prices are? Just curious if i got a good deal

I'm not sure if that was sarcasm, but just a heads up, just because a watch has a Box and or Papers, does NOT make it legit . Green boxes come with many fakes.
(Not saying your watch isn't legit, just making you aware)

If you like your DJ2 and enjoy wearing it, that is already a great deal, regardless the $$$ spent.

Enjoy your DJ2 in good health.

I do love the DJ II!! But that one doesn't quite do it for me....

Switch it to a black face with gold romans... Now you got me drooling!!
