Omega Planet Ocean 2200.50 45.5mm with both the bracelet and Omega PO rubber strap. Includes the watch, bracelet, strap, inner and outer boxes, manual, card holder with the chronometer certificate and pictogram cards, and plastic hang tag.

I would call the condition 92-94% based on the TZ scale. The watch was purchased five years ago at Capetown Diamond in GA. It has not been serviced, but it's running flawlessly. I am the second owner.
