Trouble putting the bracelet back on my 16610 no holes case

I've searched google and the forum, I've read these links:

are the spring bars flying across the room or do you want to know which tool to use?

i'd recommend a Bergeon 6767

and tape up the lugs before you embark on this adventure.

If those two threads didn't help you I'd suggest a watchmaker.

In short I recommend lining up the endlink while trying to have one end of the spring bar close to or in one of the holes in the lugs. From the back side of the lugs the one end of the spring bar should be sticking out and resting on the lug while the other end of the spring bar is either in the hole or resting on the inside of the lug. With a small screwdriver or preferably a spring bar tool you push in the spring bar that is sticking out and apply pressure using your index and thumb to line it in place. You should feel a click and that should be it.

You get used to doing it but reality is you need to buy a model with lug holes because lug holes rock!!!

Tools/Larry thank you for the link, I was able to get the bracelet back on. Took about 30 seconds, and once completed I felt a little embarrassed about how easy it was.

IMO.
Having lug holes doesn't help when putting the springbar back in. It only make removal easier.
It is difficult to put one springbar in a lug hole and then fit the other end as the tolerance on the endlink to lug width is too fine. You need to fit the springbar against the lugs on both side then slide the endlink in until both ends of the springbar engage.
