Polishing Two Tone Bracelet

My TT GMT has been getting scratched up from normal wear, I was just wondering if I can take it to an AD (Mayor's in my case) and have them buff it up to remove some scratches and return luster of if there is a manual way. I have been reading about Cape Cod cloth but I'm not sure how that affects the gold in the bracelet.
