The seller says the watch is a U serial, but the warranty paper is for an R and the green hang tag is for an E.

The R showing on the paper is not part of the serial number. I think the watch is a U series, I don't think the green tag belong to the watch.

Tempo does custom work I noticed the seconds hand looks black so does the hour and the minute hands. Might be the lighting but they look flat black to me.

Are these custom hands?
