Which one to get to get???
I would like to get some unbiased opinions & views from the members. So have posed this question on this forum.
Long story short for background info, approx 7 weeks ago I bought a new Pam 312 everything was going fine, I had even been bitten by the strap bug and had bought about 6 of them Wind on until this week, when too my utter dismay after wearing it solidly for the previous 48 hrs it just stopped, one second it was working and then about 3/4 hrs later it had stopped. Now I am not here to ask for your views regarding this matter, but upon my choice, which doesn't include a 312. But instead centres around two further Pams and an IWC. My choices are the newer 321, the manual 233 or an IWC Big Pilot. I like the piece to be sturdy and robust with a date and a PR, but do not have to many concerns whether it's an automatic or manual piece. The watch would be worn as a daily beater. I would be very grateful for your views & opinions on my choices. Thank you and regards Tony

I owned a 233 and service with Panerai was a NIGHTMARE!
I will never own another Panerai. While I know service is the same repair facility here in the US I have never had a problem with my IWC watches.

Only you can decide Tony. All depends how they fit. If "I" had to choose one of those three, I'd get the 233.

Robust daily beater = a steel Rolex, I would say. I would never even consider buying a Panerai. IWCs are nice, but the big pilot is just too big. IMO.
