Caution with this sale(Especially Sydneysiders)!!

Hi, I was just surfing the local gumtree and came across this ad http://sydney.gumtree.com.au/c-Stuff...AdIdZ290169467.
Struck me that this watch was actually listed on ebay US a few days ago by Mark (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....=STRK:MEWAX:IT) and sold for like 6-7 grand more(26-27K) than what this guy is offering the exact same watch now for, I think he's taken the pictures off ebay from the previous sale and is attempting to sell a watch he doesn't have. Noticed he's even copied a typo from the previous ad
"Green Platic Document Holder"


Emailed him(who has a name like "Popa Loan") and he tells me he is in Austria and that he doesn't know anything about the watch since is his dads who was a collector and wants a bankwire quick since he has many other buyers interested. Did a quick google search on his email id and noticed he had previously tried selling a orange/green bike in multiple countries(US,UK and Canada), won't be surprised if this watch is listed for sale in multiple countries too by now.

I checked with Mark and he says the watch never went to Austria. IS there anyway we can get this guy?

Just thought would post in a caution to check Popa Loan's credentials before you think of buying this one.

Gumtree have a "Report" button just like ebay. I have never used it until just now, we'll see what happens....

Just noticed the same ad on the UK gumtree too, note platic. Just for the record Mark from the ebay ad is a great and trusted guy from whom have purchased a great watch from, is a A+ seller and has a 100% positive record on ebay.
Very concerned there are guys out there who copy ads from trusted sellers on various sites and use them for their ulterior motives so just goes to show we need to make sure we are dealing with the right person.
