Is this Buckle Genuine?

Does anyone know how I can tell if a vintage Rolex bracelet buckle is genuine?

This one's on eBay now and I'm tempted...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...:B:WNA:US:1123

Thanks for any clues!!
