Rolex woes...resolved...with pictures from the AD

OK, further to my moaning post this morning:

The AD is basically awesome. The resolution is that they are going to put in a brand new movement. Wow, I say, just wow! I will call them Monday and they will tell me when it will come in. They will collect the watch from my workplace and put the new movement in immediately. Totally minor inconvenience for a watch with totally new important bits.

Whilst we were there, we took the opportunity to see if there was anything else she might like instead, as they were offering a full, unconditional refund. Not a great stock today and the pictures are not great. The Blue Sub 'rack', though, is awesome. Nothing compared to her Bluesy, so a new movement it is. Frankly, I think it is a great offer by them.

Did I get a result?

Thanks for all the advice to all you good people.

Kind regards,

Michael.

Oh, man, what can I say?! It was a £15k upgrade if I went for it today. He knows me and knew it was a bit of fun. What a beast it is. I though my TT was a beast, but this fella has it truly beaten. Fantastic watch, just amazing. The serti dial on the TT, though, is not at all nice, in my honest opinion. The black and white Milgauss watches...also a big 'not for me'. I am fairly stubborn with watches and I am fairly neutral about most things outside of a Sub, which I find mesmerising in most of their forms. A bit blinkered, I know.

Sounds like a great resolution. Very little down time and they are replacing the movement. Good deal.

Great PICs also, thanks for sharing.

Agree WG sub is awesome. Maybe one of these days we'll both have one on .

As an Arsenal fan I have no room to speak about the shirt. Our quadruple quickly became a 0 this season, although it was satisfying to beat Barca finally.
