16610 LV or Milgauss GV?
Hey guys which would you choose between the these two? There seems to be a lot of love for the GV milgauss just curious to see what everyone thinks

Niether are my favorite but I would pick GV if I have to choose between the LV and GV since I already have a black subc.
Other than subjective desire just make sure to include functional features like date, rotating bezel, weight (Would you want a heavy SS watch, heavy should be the domain for precious metal like gold/platinum) and PCL into account when deciding. You might not think much of it now but it will come into play when you are wearing it. I think you must have each of every line-up Rolex have on offer |

Nice shot Eric~~~
Go for the one that you feel would get the most wrist time and admiration by yourself John! Good luck on the choice.

Tough choice. Will this be your first Rolex? For a first, between the two, I would go with the LV. More versatile IMO. But, if you're adding to the collection, the Milgauss.

Having both watches, I would say the LV. It's easily more wearable and versatile.

Honestly two of my favorite three Rolex, GMT II C is the other. If I HAD to choose, LV over the GV by a hair, reason being there is less polished surface and brushed bracelet.

Without a doubt I would grab the LV, IMHO it is one of the best looking Rolex out there and I do not even own one anymore

Have a black Milgauss and LV Sub. LV is definately an everyday wear. Milgauss is thicker and heavier and tends to feel bulky at times.

I think the milgauss is more interesting. A splash of colour on the hour markers and second hand. The lume glows in two different colours plus the bracelet and clasp is way better than the LV.
And of course its alot rarer than the LV.(submariner) The LV is clearer with the maxi dial.

do you have other watches or is this going to be your only one? do you wear suit and tie mostly or casual?
i like both however i chose between the 116610 and the milgauss (gv or wf). opted for the subc but my next is probably a milgauss for the dressier occasions.

I'd go LV also...it's a more versatile watch with the insert change - Along with the maxi dial it really is a fantastic submariner.

if its just one, then i would go with LV. I like triple lock crown and maxi dial more than green crystal :-)
