Just acquired this Bubbleback. Was curious if anyone could shed any light on it. Currently not working. Crystal as you can see in not good but dial looks original and has honest patina. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Name: fi233.cgi.jpeg

what does the signature say? can't read it.
is there a serial no on the back?

Looks like its a Rolex Speedking. Case 2280. Serial? 217251?
