116610LN Love

There seems to be quite a lot of it here lately. So much that it has piqued my interest. My daily wearer for the last 11 years has been a 16610. I might have to stop by the AD and try one on this week

p.s. I hope Welshwatchman doesn't see this thread

What's not to love? My question is, will it be leaving the AD on your wrist?

That darn Rob

I've tried a few on before. The last time I remember how comfortable it was. There wasn't a noticeable difference between it and my 16610. I'm not crazy about how small the bracelet tapers near the clasp.

This would be my 24/7 watch. If it really sings to me when I try it on, my main concerns are how it would fit under a long sleeve shirt and a jacket cuff in the winter. Also, because it's wider, does the crown press into the back of your wrist?

If Rolex made a 16610 LV when I bought my Sub, I would have bought it instead and wouldn't have this delimma now

I love the new one- but I ain't letting my Subbie go. Period. Maybe one day I will be able to add one. Don't get me wrong: they are excellent!

I tried one on a few hours ago at an AD in Atlantic City. Its a great watch. I was really surprised how much less it weighs than my DSSD. I'll have one by the end of next week.

No Dan. The AD isn't even open yet. I also have to add that I love the way the old style looks and feels on my wrist

It's nice to have just a little of the new to go with a lot of the old. They both have a certain degree of charm.
