I am going in the right direction?
Currently wearing a Gloss 16660 Sea-Dweller. I love the watch, but can't seem to get those vintage crystals out if my head!! I also love subs but never owned any.
My idea is to trade up plus $ as funds become available, I also want to experience my favorite watches to decide which I really like. Then buy a pristine specimen. Here is the plan: Gloss666 > White 1680 > Matte 666 > Red 1680 > White 1665 What do you think? I have actually tried all the above on the wrist (exception Matte 666) but I can't decide which I like best. Any input would be appreciated |

Input is meaningless as it's purely personal preference...They are all nice watches...
For what it's worth, I currently own one vintage watch....and this was my choice.. |

Can't go wrong with a great white or a red. Both should suffice your vintage urge but do you want a dome or top hat plastic ?

I would say that if a nice 1665 is what you want to end up with, I would just go for that straight away.....It may take some time to find the right one....I looked for long time before I found the right watch....

guess if you can't decide just buy one for a while and flip for the next, might end up loosing a bit though but you would have enjoyed all your favorites:).

Nice blue, but I like the date complication.
I am leaning towards the 1665 but what to experience others too. Maybe not the cheapest way but I will definitely know what I like when it's all done. |
