Hi all, I just want to thanks everyone for being so welcoming on this forum. I became a rolex buyer today again. Today, I went to the local AD and brought a new Rolex. It's gonna be for my brother if he makes it in his personal achievement - I will be very proud of him whether he makes it or not though.

Anyways, here are the pics! Even though I got it from a local AD, if you see anything wrong with it, let me know! It's a V series. Not sure what V series mean though and not sure if it is a random serial (you would have thought I should know all this stuff given the time I spend here!) - if you know what that means, let me know!

If you bought it from an AD you should have nothing to worry about. Tell your brother Congrats.

Congratulations on the purchase mate! Its about time you bought yourself a Rolex of your own instead of being the kind person you are buying for family members!!

Thanks Dino! Unfortunately I can't go to the London GTG - I need to relocate again for work and so will be leaving London at the end of September. It was cool at least to get to meet you face to face! However, I am sure i will be back in London one day! :)
