PO 45.5 same size as Pam?
How much bigger visually is a common model in Pam compared to an Omega PO 45.5mm!

I think the PO is visually larger, since the dial is larger and *I think* they have a thinner bezel. The lugs are also longer, while PAMs tend to curve downwards making it look "smaller".

I have both and the PAM (352) wears bigger in my own opinion.

I have a 6.5" wrist and the 45.5mm PO wears MUCH larger than my 111, 210, 190. So much larger, I don't own a 45.5mm PO. The lugs hang out and look out of place. That doesn't happen on my Panerai's.

All that said and all those pics shown don't mean "that" much. You really just need to try it on. I'm surprised how different watches fit on my wrist. I've tried on some 42mm watches (seiko) that were pretty darn big and tried on a 46mm watch (IWC ME) that fit like a glove. You just need to try it on.
