Wondering if to add a Cartier Santos 100 to my Rolex and Omega collection

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if it makes sense to add a Cartier Santos 100 black rubber on stainless steel bezel, white dial, and rubber strap watch to my collection of Rolex and Omega. This particular timepiece is no longer manufactured by Cartier but I am not sure if it will appreciate in value over time like Rolex.

What are your thoughts?

My thoughts are I only buy watches that I want too no matter what brand. So if you want a Cartier Santos then get one, watches are not always about ££££$$$$. Its about the pleasure of wearing and owning a fine wrist watch irrespective of the brand. .

I would second Peter and add that the Santos n100 white dial is one hell of a watch and I would sure add it to my collection and I think its a must have in any collection of fine timepieces...its really quiet classic and historic...but whether it will increase in value is something I cannot predict, nor would I recommend you think of that too much if you really want this piece cuz its genuinely a good one

I would suggest you to get the Balloon Blue or the Pasha.
