New ABC Series Pan Am - Pilots' Watches
Pepsi GMT's all-around - I've already seen a couple close-up shots of the watches.
Do you think Rolex provided them?

I doubt Rolex would want to do product placement for discontinued models.

I would think they are prop watches, I don't think a new show would have a budget to supply a bunch of Rolex watches for the actors.

That's cool.
I haven't seen it yet but when I heard about it I was wondering if they'd have some GMTs on their wrists.

Yes, saw the GMTs on that show.
Saw a trailer for a new TV series called Boss, starring Kelsey Grammer (as Chicago mayor?). Not sure when it will start. He wears a DJ prominently. |

yeah, my girlfriend has again going hog wild with my DVR since she's a flight attendant and has has made it perfectly clear to DVR this show. Along with dance with the stars, X factor, American Idol and whatever chic shows shes wants. I'm screwed for a while again.
I'm looking into Direct TV due to the fact the memory is larger and I can watch my shows in another room while she takes the 55 inch Sony for hers.

Good show. I would assume the GMTs are props but they look fine on TV, and it's nice that the makers of the show took the time to research this poiint.

Pretty terrible show. Everything looked so plastic and fake. I'm sure the Rolex's were too.

The only interesting thing on this show were the Rolexes, and they were probably props. Awful show.

I thought the show was well done, especially from an artistic viewpoint. You can tell that a lot of research was done to make the visuals accurate, yet surreal for the period. A very stylish depiction of the 60's - and reminds me a lot of the show Madmen.
This show is much better than another mindless Reality-TV series - I'm so sick of those.
