Viking burial marker.

i was out on my m/cycle today going for venison burgers and sausages and was passing where this viking burial marker stone is in the churchyard at dalserf on the lanark road. so nipped in and took a few pics. it is in the shape of an overturned boat hull.

That is incredible! Do you know if that is its original location, and the world built up around it, or it was moved there?

Viking impact is virtually all over the world. Some even claim they came down the Charles River here in/around Boston...that might be a bit much ;-)
