The picture is too small, or at least give us a more straight view of it. =)

That looks like an 18k gold Cartier Pasha.

It's definitely not a Cartier Pasha . The pushers are the wrong shape and there is no cabochon on the crown. Not sure what it is though.

There are about 120 models of the pasha and many do not have a cabochon.

True but I have never seen an 18ct YG one without a cabochon, and I haven't seen one with pushers shaped like that either.

Also, although Cartier like the bracelet is more like a Roadster and the case and lugs are not like the Pasha. This would suggest that it is not a Cartier, but something that is trying to emulate a kind of Cartier look. I would deduce from this that it is not a great watch.

It's not quite that the lugs are wrong . But I am guessing it is something equally naff.

All great guesses. My fiancee saw this watch in an engagement photo and was wondering what kind of watch it was. There's a high possibility the watch pictured is of craprastic quality. Just wanted to see other's points of view. My initial guess was a Cartier but not so sure anymore.

Your right, it is a Kors .
It is the MK5410 ish The band and lugs are right on this one.

In YG (Paint) rather than RG (Paint)
And with a smooth bezel.

You're right, that is not quite it either.
