The lug width on the DSSD is 21 mm and the lug width on the Sub is 20 mm so I can see that this would be an issue.
Why do you want to switch them for?

I think you might have better luck switching out just the clasp, however this is a guess on my part. I think this would be pretty expensive to achieve and not sure how much benifit you'll really get from this switch.
Should have posted this in the Rolex general discussion portion of the forum but hopefully someone with a bit more experience with this will be along soon.
