Icon5 Groomsmen gift ideas?

Tying the knot in the beginning of December, and was wondering if you guys could help me out with some gift ideas for my groomsmen.

There will be 3 of them. I initially got excited for watches, like matching Seamasters, but when you have to have watches X4 (I would want one too ) it starts to get a bit pricey. Was thinking if I do the watch idea maybe nice affordable divers like the Seiko SKX series...

However I'd be open to non watch ideas too, as none of them are particularly watch guys... So with that said what do you think?

The price is going to have to be around 200-300 per gift to stay in line with the new wifeys gifts for her bridesmaids...

Thanks!

i tend to agree. A nice pen that can be looked after and remembered or a nice money clip, even engraved with each mans initials.
P.S i got a nice cross pen like the other groomsmen from my now brother in law and i left it in the pocket of the plane seat when moving to Australia!!! I got off the plane and was like.. great .. bloody wonderful

When I got married in 1992 I gave my 4 groomsmen seiko tank watches (thin was in back then) & my brother was best man & he received a movado. The ladies in the bridal party received the same in ladies watches & the maid of honor received a movado.

I wouldn't get watch as gift for $200-$300 budget per person. Like others have mentioned, pens/wallets/cuff links/some sort of ring/ties/wine if they drink/gadgets/cigars if they smoke etc. might be worth considering.

My husband would say a set of socket wrenches or a good flashlight.

I like the idea of a nice pen. I think we gave sets of Waterford crystal old-fashioned glasses... in retrospect, I wonder if the guys probably gave them to their moms.

I got each one a nice lob wedge.

For $300 each you could do a ping driver for each guy.

The bad thing about golf stuff is that they are ultimately consumables. You wear them out r something better hits the market and they are gone.

I was in a friends wedding and he handed out engraved wallet/money clips. they were gorgeous, and I still use it to this day. several people mentioned it, among other good suggestions. I think the key for me was the engraving, a very good personal touch in my opinion.
and by the way, congrats!

Getting married on 10/29 here. I ordered my groomsmen (6) engraved Retro51 pens. They're affordable and look/write great.

The best groomsman gift I ever received was a leatherman tool. I have used it for the last 10 years and has reminded me of that day everytime I use it.

Just got my guys red North Face jackets. After receiving cuff links/mugs/ties which I've never used I wanted to get them something that would be put to good use. I'm excited to give them out in April.

When hubby and I got married almost 28 years ago, he had money clips engraved for the guys. We met up with each of his guys at his mom's funeral last Oct. each one still had the personally engraved money clip. Usefully item made personal.
