Need Help ID'ing this vintage Rolex

I found this while going through my recently deceased father's possessions. It's a beautiful watch and says only Rolex and Precision on the front and nothing on the back. I think it's a bubble back and guess that he bought it in the 50s after he graduated, though I don't know if he bought it new or used. He went to Europe after graduation, so he may have purchased it there.

I'd be interested in finding out the year of the watch, if possible. Can't find a Rolex with a similar face anywhere on the internet. It's gold, but doesn't have the original watch band.

Any help would be appreciated. He also had a Breitling and an Omega Constellation, but I'll ask about those in the non-Rolex section. Thanks, K.

Would it be possible to make a picture of the inside? So caseback en mechanism?

This isn't a bubbleback, which is an Oyster-cased automatic ("Perpetual") from the '30s-mid '50s era. This is a manual wind ("Precision") dress watch in what appears to be a gold-filled or solid gold case. Looks ca. 1945-55. You should find more information on the inner case back. If you can't remove it yourself (it appears to be a tight snap fit), take it to a jeweler or watchmaker. I think only the Oyster cases had the case reference and SN between the lugs.
