Panerai 368 LE discount? MSRP $17100. Is it worth it? Would u buy one if u can get one.

It's a beautiful piece, but "worth it" is up to you. It's unlikely that you'll get a discount on any SE. The margins for the ADs on SE pieces like that are so slim that the AD is essentially making no money on it.

Not a huge fan of destro models, but that takes NOTHING away from this beautiful piece... However the price seems a little high...

NYC boutique contacted me this week and I passed. I wondered if I made a good decision. My reasoning for passing on the opportunity: 1. At that price, I could almost buy a fiddy. 2. Titanium...like steel more. 2. The combo of Green lume and brown dial just isn't as attractive as other watches. Love the dome crystal and 8 day movement. I personally, have my eyes on a few other watches. At that price you better "love" what you buy.

I am on the list for 368 and 372 at my AD. Funny, they told me it is easier to get 368 than 372. Not sure why, since 368 is LE, I guess not that many people are after it.
